Points not appearing?
I made an in-store purchase a week ago and the points & purchase history
still hasn't appeared on my account. I still have the receipt so I was
wondering if anyone could help me out?

Points didn’t update
I made a purchase 25 August at Sephora store and as of today my current
points have not increased. How long does it take to reflect? The clerk
supposedly scan my card, so I don’t know.

I was able to get through check out for the $100 reward in the rewards
bazaar but I saw it was processing in order status then canceled. Is
this typical? Just feel if your able to check out with a reward you
