$100 Reward Canceled after checking out

I was able to get through check out for the $100 reward in the rewards bazaar but I saw it was processing in order status then canceled. Is this typical? Just feel if your able to check out with a reward you should be able to receive it.

Thank you for reaching out but I still think that canceling the order after it went through was not right considering it is and emailed GC.
