Not Receiving Promo/Reward Emails/Mail?

I didn't receive the 20% off Promo Card in the mail, nor did I receive any email communication about it (as I usually do since past 6 years). Also, the rewards email that was sent out this morning, showing the new rewards, I didn't receive it. I happened to find out about the 20% off promo from my sister a day before the early access for Rouge. I usually start making a list and add items to my cart ahead of time so I don't miss anything (in case it goes out of stock) and was not able to do that. I reached out to Sephora Customer Support the same day I found out about the Promo and got a response that my email has been reset and I should be getting the emails now. But, I didn't receive the email this morning (my sister sent me a snap shot of it showing me what rewards may drop today and that is how I found out that I am still not receiving the emails).

 

I have been receiving the order confirmation and shipping emails just fine but NOT the promo/rewards email or mail. I am concerned if my name is deleted from that list?? as usually there is a 20% off Sale card delivered to my home address but nothing yet!!

 

Are there any other beauty insiders out there having the same issue??
