Loves list format

Hello, is there an option to change the loves list to the grid format it had before? I hate the new list format 😞

Dear Sephora, 

PLEASE BRING THIS ISSUE TO THE ATTENTION OF SEPHORA IT! 

We are all loyal customers and are clearly having the same issues with the new Loves List format. The website is broken and we all request that it please be fixed. The new Loves List format is not usable, and clearly it is a big part of our online shopping experience! 

Same issues as the others:

1. Sort options DO NOT work. Cannot sort A-Z, Z-A, Low to High, etc. This does not function properly. 

2. "Show More" button is broken. Does not load remaining items in list. Defaults back to top of list frequently. Does not function properly..

Your loyal customers are hoping for some updates on this, please!

Just replying here to avoid creating a duplicate thread.

I am having all the same issues as y'all with the Loves List. I want my grid back!

• Sorting options don't work
• When a sorting option DOES work, it reverts back to Recently Added AS I'M LOOKING AT MY LIST
• Scrolling down my list causes it to start repeating the same items from the top of the list again, I cannot view my list in its entirety and there's no way to fix this.
• Removing items from my list is hit or miss, sometimes it doesn't really remove them.

Sephora better fix this. I'm making almost ZERO online orders because of this, and will probably give up my Rouge this year because of all the problems keeping me from ordering what I want to order.

I am having a terrible time with the new Loves list as well. In addition to not showing you your whole list, the sorting options don't work at all, even in two different browsers.

I would prefer going back to the grid format, but really, I just want a usable list. Right now the list is unusable if you have more than a dozen items or so listed as "loves." I don't know what else to do except keep deleting items from my list.

I hate it too. My issue is that when you try to scroll and click the show me more tab more than 4 times it loops back to the top of the list and does not continue to show items that I know were further down on my list. With the grid format you could view roughly 60 items a page or so, with this way you can only view 10 at a time and so when you try to scroll for more it does not show the full list you had saved before. It's frustrating when I already spent the time browsing to add items to a list so when I'm ready to buy I just want to click quickly to add to my basket. Now I can't even find the items on the list, so I rebrowsing for them. And the search options to not operate correctly. When I choose the Z-A option it started with N brand items when I know I had items that the brand started with letters further along in the alphabet, so it does not even work correctly. Very frustrating to shop online.

This is very frustrating. It's so difficult to see everything. I along with everyone else used this as my purchase list - it's where I could see everything I planned to buy and what draws me to Sephora over Ulta. Now I don't even want to look at my loves list, such a shame they discontinued what worked so well and possibly one of the main sales conversion features on the website. I can't see myself using my Sephora account to shop anymore.

Melissa, please see my post above. Are they going to fix the scroll issue or provide different scroll options like show every item on list? Because that is the option I want and not continually have to hit show me more and it just loops back to the top the list after 4 clicks.

Just to reiterate what every other user on this thread has said: the new loves list sucks, the sorting features don't work, and everytime I remove something from my list it auto-reverts back to recently added.
