Why do you guys keep sending me an empty box??? I am a veryyyyy loyal
customer & y’all are making me not want to shop at Sephora anymore!!!

I am having the exact same problems now. I have tried using Chrome &
Firefox using my computer as well as on my android phone and the same
problems have come up with the box never fulling loading, blocking much
of the product description.
