No samples in my online order
These two samples I choose are not in my mail box. I’m the VIB rouge and
I bought a lot in Sephora this year. That is soooo disappointing to see
that happened.

This has happened with both my most recent orders. It's already
disappointing that the samples went from 3 to 2, but now apparently it's
gone to 0.

Hi I recently bought a perfume sampler from Sephora but unfortunately
misplaced the voucher that came along to get a free full size. Could you

I recently placed two separate orders and when they arrived both were

Hello,I recently moved from Canada to US and I’m wondering if I can use

shopping in the US! You should have problem shopping in-store as well,
