Tier Celebration Gift

I become VIB on 11/18/2018. Am I eligible to choose the tier celebration gift? Because when I click to pick my gift, it goes to the beauty insider page again.

If you became VIB on 11/18/2018, then the VIB Welcome Offer would have been emailed to you within 24 hours of your qualifying purchase. 🙂 Once you re-qualify for VIB (by spending $350 in 2019) then you will be able to select your Tier Celebration Gift. I also became ROUGE on 12/31/18 and i never received anything about the tier gift...

I also qualified for VIB in November of last year and don't recall ever getting an email about a tier gift.

What if you never received an email to choose your celebration gift? I qualified for rouge on 12/29. I got an email that says congratulations! Welcome to rouge. But there was nothing about redeeming a welcome gift in the email. And now my points balance all of a sudden says 0 when I just had over 1300. Help!

I can confirm that your points are still in your Beauty Bank. Our site is undergoing maintenance and your Beauty Bank should be updated tomorrow. Also, you should be able to redeem your Tier Celebration Gift tomorrow.
