No samples in my online order

These two samples I choose are not in my mail box. I’m the VIB rouge and I bought a lot in Sephora this year. That is soooo disappointing to see that happened.

This has happened with both my most recent orders. It's already disappointing that the samples went from 3 to 2, but now apparently it's gone to 0.
