signed up online to try and add the card number to an online account,

Order has not shipped
I placed an order on August 21st and have yet to receive a shipment
confirmation. I only have an order confirmation email and I am unable to
view the tracking info or find the order details on my account as I
checked out as a guest.

Received damaged item in order
I received my order today. One of the items was the Stacked Skincare
dermaplaning tool refill. All of the blades inside appear dirty/rusted.
I would like a replacement but I'm not sure how to proceed since I
purchased this during the sale.

stolen package
my tracking states my order was delivered today but it wasn’t anywhere
on my front porch. i really hate that the boxes say “sephora” on it and
pretty advertise what could be in there. i’m so upset and annoyed.
