Delivery

Did anyone have any issues with delivery? It shows the tracking number and it was delivered but the package never to be found. Is Sephora good at replacing items?

This is my first issure ever with delivery. my package tracking didnt update in 5days after it had already shipped. i contacted the carrier(lasership) and they told me to wait an additional 2 days of it didnt come contact sephora. they agreed to replace my items but it was very annoyin. i didn't get to redeem the rewards items i wanted because they were sold out and other samples i wanted . on top of that they spilt my order up and one of my packages is not coming for another week....wish they could have gave me 1 day shipping because why should i wait another week on top of the time i have been waiting. definitely disappointing

@bronzemakeup29 I would call customer service so they can put a trace on the package.
