[HELP] Lasership: Lost My Package

Lasership claims they delivered my package at 3:33pm today and that it was left in a lobby. Here's the thing - THERE IS NO LOBBY in my building. Furthermore, there is only a small area for mailboxes (not a lobby) that has a giant metal sign that says "All couriers must deliver to front doors." Of course I checked my front door and mailbox area anyway, but sure enough, my package is no where to be seen. 
 

Is there something that can be done about this?
