Hi @secretsandliesx, Can you please double-check that you're entering
the correct gift card number (16 digits) and pin (8 digits)? There might
be additional numbers hiding at the end that still need to be scratched

@melanito I'm sorry to hear that! If the reward went out of stock before
you were able to remove it, it may have gotten stuck in your cart. You
can fix this by switching your region from Canada to the US and back.
