Hi @Neet236! Did the cashier at JCPenny's Sephora ask for your beauty
insider card or email? If so, the points should be in there. If they
didn't ask or you forgot, you can call or email customer service. Make
sure you have the receipt.

Hi there, Can anybody help me link my Sephora Insider card to my online
account? I made them at two different times without realizing, and would

Heyy, so I am very new to Sephora and the beauty world in general.
Regarding the Beauty Insider Points, when ordering online, do I earn the
points AFTER I purchase my items or can I use it during my first
purchase?

has been made! Generally, they are credited within 24 hours of making

approximately 4 weeks for your return to be processed from the time your
