No refund on received return

I make a purchase online and I decided to return it, my return said it was received, and i still not received my refund yet, my return was received on july 14

Due to high volume of returns, it may take approximately 4 weeks for your return to be processed from the time your returned package was sent back to us. Once it has been processed, you will be notified via email. If it has been past the 4 weeks and it hasn't been processed yet, please send me a PM with your order number, items returned, and date the package was sent back to us so I can look into it further for you.
