Website Technical Problem-ENTIRE CART EMPTIES when 1 item OOS

On more than several occasions while I was shopping online and ready to checkout, I go to my cart and suddenly find it completely empty!  Having been through this plenty of times I know it is because something I had in my cart went out of stock before I checked out.

 

That sucks that not only an item got yanked from my cart, but to add insult to injury now I have to go back and put the other items back in my cart and hope I'm not forgetting something!  A few times I just said screw it and didn't bother to refill my cart.

 

1)How can something that was in stock when you added it to your cart be purchased by someone else to now give you the OOS notice?

 

2)So ONE THING goes OOS , why on Earth does the entire cart empty?!  The OOS should be the only thing removed.

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear about this technical error. I recommend to clear your cache and cookies on your browser when shopping on our website. When you have your browser cleared, you should be able to successfully shop online without having any technical errors. I hope this information helps!
