Use store credit online

Why can’t I use my store credit online? So annoying.

I just learned this too. It's frustrating because the item I want to buy is only available for purchase online (a Strivectin product) and not sold in stores. This is bogus.

Store credits are redeemable at physical locations and not online or the app unfortunately.
