Use store credit online

How am I able to use store credit online? There is no option in checkout. It is the white card and it has no pin number. The item I am trying to buy is online only.

Can someone answer this: if I buy an item online, and immediately return it to store - can I re-purchase that item on the spot with store credit? Does the return go into store inventory? If not - WHY? This is beyond me... its like Sephora Store and Sephora.com are 2 separate companies! I mean, it would make sense if you try to use Walmart Store credit card to shop at Target.com and it wouldn't work... but this is shopping Sephora using Sephora merchandise credit...?

@na472 It is frustrating!  I hope maybe in the future it will change.  I tried to order something in-store with a store credit within the last year or so, and was told by the SA it wouldn't work.  I hope you have better luck!  I really do think CS would work with you 🙂

@na472 Store credit on the white cards is in store only. I’m not sure, but maybe if you call customer service they can help.

They can't. Because I've called and asked for help. The answer was "there is nothing we can do. You have to talk to the store manager at the store where the refund was issued".

@na472 You aren't able to use a store credit online - it's instore only - you can go instore and have them order it for you.
