Unsuccessful authorization HELP!

Sephora is my favorite place to shoo! I’ve been a Rouge member for a few years now and really enjoy ordering online because of the convenience (I don’t drive). I’ve been experiencing a little problem a few times now. My orders get canceled and I don’t even get an email informing me of this. I’ve called many times and gotten a lot of different responses from different employees. At first, someone told me they flagged my account cause I send packages to other people from my account (I always pay myself) and that they added a note in my account saying I ordered gifts for friends. It was fine for a while. It started again a couple days ago and I’m honestly freaking out cause the holidays are coming up and I was planning on sending gifts to my friends and family directly from Sephora to save on shipping costs. Last time I called Customer service I spoke to a Supervisor who was not helpful at all. I’d really like to fix this issue as soon as possible. Anyone experienced the same thing? Thank you ;(
