Unsuccessful Authorization Order Cancelled

I’ve placed two orders recently and they both were canceled because of “Unsuccessful Authorization” because the payment method wasn’t able to be verified. I placed an order as recently as August just fine. I’ve also been using the accounts/cards I’ve used on Sephora previously, and am using on other stores and websites without issue. 

can someone help me please? I’ve missed out on 20% off my purchase because of this.  My recent order was with the F&F discount which is a one time use and I’d like to get the products I ordered. I’m not near an actual sephora so I wouldn’t be able to go in and shop for them in store.

Yes, I had to call Sephora and they were able to put my account back into good standing.
