Unable to use my Rewards Points

I don’t know why no one is talking about this but for a while. Now I’ve been unable to use my rewards points despite me having items over $25 in my cart and being a member (both VIB & Insider) through this account online and not for over 3 years. now all of a sudden any time I’m making a purchase online, I’m unable to rightly claim the rewards I’ve gained points for. I don’t know if it’s the app but it’s been like this for months and has not changed even  through app updates and it’s ridiculous. I feel like this has been happening to many people.

@MEECHY1 sorry to hear about this! If you're in the US, please try switching to the Sephora Canada side, then back to the US side.

 

If you're using the app, click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to App Settings. You can switch between the regions there.

 

If you're using the browser, please scroll to the bottom of the web page where you can switch between the regions.

 

Then, please check if you're able to redeem your points. If the issue persists afterwards, please let us know.
