Unable to redeem birthday gift?

Hi,

It’s my birth month, and I’m trying to redeem my bday gift but it keeps saying “We do not currently carry the product you requested.
Please try another search.” this happens both for the Nest, and Farmacy. 
I reached out to customer support yesterday and at first she said she’d process my order on her end, then the gift hasn’t been released/stocked. But it says the same thing when I try either one. 
Can anyone tell me what’s going on please and thank you. 😊

@Jayellle I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. It looks like both these options are currently out of stock for Canada. We don't have a restock date available at this time.  Alternatively, we have other great options including Ilia, Glow Recipe and OUAI.

The NEST bday gift has only ever shown as "Coming Soon" for Canada. Is there a release date for it? I'm waiting to redeem my gift in hopes it shows up and I've checked every day since that option first appeared. Thanks!
