Unable to login on app

I can't login to the Sephora app. I can only login to the website. It keeps saying incorrect email or password, but I know it’s correct. How can I fix this problem?

I can log in into my Sephora account in the website but not in my account in the app. It says I put my email and my password wrong but they're right. I don't know what to do. Please help me, I want to bout some makeup and I can't. I hope someone can help me.
