Can't login to app

I was browsing products on the computer logged out and then went to login in on my phone to checkout to gain points only available on app purchases. Each time I went to log into the sephora app I kept getting an error and was unable to move past it, I waited a bit incase it was too close between logging out on computer and logging in on phone, I uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works and I would like to be able to make this purchase today.
