Unable to cancel order just placed

Hey I'm trying to cancel an order I placed about 25 mins ago. I have been trying to cancel it since right after I placed the order because it’s the wrong product. I keep getting "Sorry, we are not able to cancel your order. Please wait at least one minute after your order is placed and try again" I have tried over 10 times now to cancel on the app and web but keep getting the same thing. I need this order cancelled as it’s not the correct product. What’s going on?

Issue resolved! I think you have to wait at least 30 mins before canceling.
