USPS

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced shipping delays on orders shipped through the postal service. Sephora used to use UPS and they were delivered on time (and I know things were slowed down during COVID .... that’s not what I’m talking about.). My most recent order was shipped from Mississippi to Tennessee and now it’s been in Tennessee for 3 days. I’m in North Carolina waiting.... Does anyone know why Sephora has changed their shipping carrier! And I’m a VIB Rouge and am supposed to have 2 day shipping but of course COVID changed all that.

They are using on trac more and more and it’s spotty, at best. I much prefer usps.

They may be using the ups usps combo shipping

I'm in the exact same situation. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday (already a full week after I placed the order) but it has been sitting in Tennessee for three days. I'm trying to be understanding (yes, things were busy because of the sale, yes the USPS is garbage lately) but this is a bit much. Tracking can't even tell me when they think it will get here. Very frustrating considering how long I've already been waiting. I wanted this stuff for a special occasion this coming weekend and now I doubt very much it will be here in time. What are they even doing over there in Tennessee???

Hey! Sorry for the delayed response....I’m just now seeing this. No, it hasn’t been resolved. This is 5th day of USPS saying ā€œArriving late, in transitā€ but can’t get any further information. Sorry I don’t know how to respond through IM but thanks for the info. That is so very ridiculous. Cannot believe Sephora customer service is actually not helping it’s customers. Extremely disappointing. They told me to wait until Friday and see if it’s delivered. So I’m waiting but the USPS website still says it’s arriving late and each day they update the date lol. I’ll keep you posted!!

I've placed a few bigger orders that came through Ups. But outside of Sephora shipments I have been waiting up to 3 weeks for usps deliveries lately from different states. So they are still having some issues since the holiday season. And I hope your goodies come quickly šŸ™‚

Thx so much for your response. All of my orders used to be shipped UPS or Lasership with no delivery problems. Very disappointing since I’ve spent a lot of $$ at Sephora. Seems like they’re trying to cut costs but based on other reviews I’ve read it sounds like LOTS of their customers are very frustrated and looking for other alternatives. And they’ve had far worse experiences than I’ve had. I saw a poster years ago that said: Take good care of your customers, because if you don’t someone else will. So very true. Thanks again for your response!

I literally only shop Sephora now if there's a sale. Stopped caring about being Rouge because they don't care about us! If I need something and Ulta carries it, I choose Ulta because their rewards are so much better. If Ulta doesn't carry it, I check Nordstrom or shop directly from the brand. This might actually be the last straw for me.

I got your message through email. I’m still waiting and this is the 5th day of USPS website showing in transit arriving late. Each day the USPS updates the date to the current date. When does this end? This is ridiculous. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service including a supervisor and was told to keep waiting to see if it arrives on Friday. If the USPS doesn’t know where the package is what sense does it make to continue to wait? I’m extremely dissatisfied and need a resolution. Sephora isn’t the company it used to be. What happened??
