Printing shipping label at USPS

USPS cannot print the shipping label and the instructions below are very misleading. You have to print out the label before heading to USPS.

1. Print your shipping label
If you're unable to print, please bring this to a USPS location for assistance.

This instruction should be changed/revised since USPS is UNABLE to print a shipping label using the two bar codes provided by Sephora when returning an item.

Same here. Went to USPS just a few minutes ago. No label printed either. I was also misinformed by the beauty associate that I spoke with other day. Please advise Sephora team. Thanks.
