USPS return tracking indicates “Delivered to agent”

My USPS return tracking number indicates “Delivered to agent” but I haven’t received any type of communication from Sephora about receiving my return.. what does this mean??? Is my return lost?!

Same thing happened with me...mine has not moved since May 18
