Return “delivered to shipping agent”?

I printed off my return slip on February 18, and turned my package into my local post office on February 26. My USPS tracking number says the package was delivered the shipping agent on February 27, while my Sephora tracking number still says return received on January 4 (when I originally received my order). Has my package been lost or stolen, or is this normal? It’s been over a full business week. Thank you!
