Tendered to Returns Agent

My USPS return tracking number indicates “Delivered to agent” but I haven’t received any type of communication from Sephora about receiving my return. My package hasn't moved since February 18. USPS has the message: "The Postal Service no longer has the item and no further tracking updates are expected." What does that mean? Did my return package got lost?
