UNNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIMES FOR REFUND

Placed an order online, sent my items for return over a month ago.  I meticulously packed my unused items and used the Sephora provided return label. Tracking is not updated, as I have been looking daily, however I have the receipt that the package was sent. It has been over a MONTH and Sephora still has NOT issued my refund. I have emailed customer service and they said it "may" take 30 days and then an additional 10 days to receive the refund from my bank. Customer Service keeps saying I will get an email from Sephora as soon as the return has been processed. Again, over a month and NO email and no refund. This time frame for returns is UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER shop Sephora stores or online again. EVER.
