Tracking Problem?

This is my first time ordering online from Sephora. I’ve read quite a few reviews about their shipping through the company FleetOptics, and none of them sounded positive.


I ordered a skincare set yesterday. My order said “estimated delivery by Jan 29.” Today is Jan 29 and it’s almost 10pm and it hasn’t shown up.

 

The status of my order says “shipped” but the tracking number doesn’t seem to work. It seems like the FleetOptics website is broken. 

When will I receive my order?

@keelybt the same thing with me today! this is for a birthday present and it hasn't arrived yet. While waiting ive just been reading the feedback on fleetoptics; tracking on their site doesn't work and neither does their phone numbe

 

I ordered this on the 31st, and was shocked it provided me with today 02/02 as the eta but when it did I was happy so I decided to order online instead of go instore. I would rather have received/been provided proper/set expectations of receiving the items i ordered at a later date than this and so I would've been able to set my expectations and decide accordingly where I would purchase from 😭😭

I'll be flying out for work on Thursday 02/04 so this is kind of not okay, as I'll be left without a present to bring to my sister or what, please provide options 🙏

 

After reading all the feedback, may I ask why you still use fleetoptics? As of 01/01 there have been 16 individual posts on here providing negative feedback. This is just for 2021 - I would suggest that you guys look into this or else your customers will go and shop directly at Summer Fridays, Tatchas, DE's sites
