Sephora was the worst in when it came to online shopping. My packages were ALWAYS late, incorrect, and ALWAYS missing my samples. Well I dont know what they've done, but for the past few weeks, my pkgs have ALL shipped and arrived within the 2 day timeframe, the order is all correct AND im finally getting my samples! ALL of my samples. So thank you Sephora for undergoing whatever overhaul you did. Im very pleased with the level of service ive been receiving and will continue to blow my money with you all day, every day.
