Shipping to PO Box in Canada?

Does anyone know if Sephora ships to PO Boxes in Canada? Specially using FlexDelivery by Canada Post. Thanks!

Canada Post is able to ship to PO boxes. However, our other shipping carrier, Fleet Optics, is not able to ship to PO box addresses.

Hi,

I am having this issue with my current order for the first time ever. I have had my orders shipped to my PO Box for years and many orders. My order was shipped by the courier and was return to sender due to PO Box.

I approached support on Twitter, I got a response right away and they reshaped that minute. I then notice, again, shipped by the courier. 
My last conversation with them said they can’t guarantee the shipper. But with a PO Box, there is no option other than Canada Post. PO Box is Post Office Box. The Post office is run by Canada Post. 
I don’t understand why this is an issue, or difficult to understand. If it’s a US support line then they might understand when I say Canada Post is the equivalent to the USPS in the US. It’s the national Postal Service for each country. #POBOX #CanadaPost

Also, I never received a shipping notification either. I always have with Canada Post.
