Still shipping with Canada post!?!?

How is Sephora still shipping with Canada post. I contacted customer service through the chat and they said they would help me with it then disconnected and did not do anything. I am slo tired of getting the copy past answers. My area has many other delivery service providers, yet a million dollar company makes the decision to still ship with Canada post!? Now I have 2 packages stranded somewhere!? I want some action taken on this!

I did contact Sephora via the chat, the person lied that they will get me refund and then left the chat. Btw I turned my private messages on here so send me a message to resolve this.
