Shipping delays

Hey so my order has been in progress for 11 days now. I ordered Nov 25th. I figure since that’s a crazy week anyways there would be some delay but I’m just wondering if there’s a way to find out from the warehouse where exactly “in line” my order is. These  are things that I couldn’t find in store. It’s low December 5th. The order details say I should have it by December 8th (not likely). I know it’s the holidays. But has anyone ever found out what happened to their order ?

@makeitup305 is correct - regretfully, we aren't able to check where in line your order is. But I will take a look at your order then send you a private message!

@CTK89 I don’t think there’s a way for you to check where it is in line.  You could try calling Sephora just to confirm that there isn’t another issue.
