Shade finder not working

I am trying to find my shade in the Tom Ford Traceless Matte Liquid foundation and it is not working. I put in all my information and nothing at all is shown for a match. I am trying to match the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation in 3.75 if anyone can help me out please. Thank you. Andrea Bourque
