Shade finder not working for months

I’ve been using the Sephora app for many years. It’s a good app. The only thing is that the shade finder has not been working for a long time. I’ve read other responses saying to try to clear the cache/cookies. But they don’t say how to do that with the app. Do I have to delete it and reinstall? Won’t I loose all my info and order history? Anyone else got this error message?

Hi @nebfronet I'm so sorry to see that! I recommend deleting the app and reinstalling and making sure your mobile device is also fully up-to-date. You will not lose your Beauty Insider account information or order history! Once you've downloaded it again, you just need to log back in!
