Shade Finder Not Working

Is the shade finder broken again? I am trying to match my too faced born this way shade of warm nude to Fenty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Powder Foundation and keep getting a blank screen. Can someone help me match?

I'm stuck in the login loop. This is super frustrating. I've cleared my cookies and tried multiple browsers. Why is the feature there if it doesn't work 😞

This is happening to me as well. I've tried three different browsers and have the same login loop problem. I select the brand, my current shade, it prompts me to login (I'm already logged in), and then it brings up the login screen again. Is there a resolution to this?

@MadisenL I recommend clearing your cookies/cache or trying a different browser.

@KeaRenee I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. I recommend clearing your cookies/cache or trying a different browser, as this may help.

I tried just now in 3 different browsers (with no ad/script blockers) and I tried on mobile and the shade finder is indeed NOT working for me either. I select "Lets get started" on the "Find your shade" window, select my product, and then it prompts for me to login with email and password. I enter email and password, and it just keeps looping back and asking for me to login (even though I am already logged in).

It’s 9/27/22 it’s still now working - find my shade goes to a blank page

Was there a solution? It hasn't been working for me for the past month on my phone. Everytime I try to use it opens to a white blank screen.
