Sephora keeps locking me out and suspending my account without notification or reason

These past few days Sephora locked me out of my account more than once and when I reached out to them they said everything looked fine and all I needed to do was reset my password. Then, when I tried placing an order it kept getting canceled and then when I used the browser, it worked but the next day it was canceled. I called customer support and turns out my account is suspended. This has been very tedious to deal with especially since all I’m being told is the security/authorization team will look into it. Why do I have to reach out to find this out? Sephora needs to do better and let their customers know when there’s an issue with their account.
