Suspended Account and Cancelled Orders

I tried to place orders twice today with two different payment methods and both were cancelled. I contacted customer service who told me my account was suspended and it was being escalated, someone would contact me in 2-3 days. I don't have time to keep reaching out to customer service, this is crazy.

 

I've had other orders cancelled before and just ordered from somewhere else but wanted to take advantage of this sale and order a lot of items.

 

I also had my credit card stolen from their site about 8 years ago. I've never had such a crappy experience with a business I'm trying to spend a lot of money on!

 

It's crazy that this problem seems to have been around for years and they haven't improved the situation.

I had the same thing happen to me. It finally got resolved, but it was a lot of telling them the same things and no one could tell me exactly why. Good luck!
