Sephora keeps canceling my orders

Hi, I placed an order on 12/29 and it was canceled right after receiving the confirmation email. Then on 12/30 I repurchased because I noticed that y'all canceled my order and the exact same thing happened. I received an email that the cancelation was due to a system error or an item was out of stock. I don't understand why because all items are showing in stock as I check out. What is really going on? I haven't been able to make online purchases since 2022 because Sephora keeps canceling my orders. I'm getting fed up with Sephora and really close to deleting my account and no longer purchasing items from you.
