Sephora is not accepting my payment methods! Keeps stating payment error

I am trying to make an order online, with my visa card that I have made purchases with before on my account. But it is not working. It keeps stating "Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account." But everything is correct. It keeps asking me to add the CVV # which is correct everytime but it won't go through. Please help

Same. The issue happens to me too. My credit card works out fine at other online websites. Sephora customer service chat keeps asking me to contact the bank myself when at this point I'm not sure if it's the bank or Sephora because I can purchase at other online stores..

I’ve been having the same issue for about a month. I keep trying to make a purchase but i can’t! I’ve tried on different days and it always gives me the same error. I’ve checked everything and it’s correct. The website is always down too and I can never log into my credit card account. I really regret getting this credit card. It’s the absolute worst.

I'm so sorry for the trouble you are having using your Sephora credit card! I recommend contacting Comenity via phone so that this can be looked into. But please note that Comenity is currently experiencing system disruptions and wait times may be longer than expected. We apologize for this inconvenience.
