Same day delivery issues

I constantly have same day delivery issues. When wrong things get delivered they want to give me a hard time. I have a ring door bell as well as the pictures the “driver” sends. Maybe 3/10 times I’ve actually received my correct product and package. Anyone else having this problem? Tonight was the icing on the cake. I made an order around noon, 6pm nothing…. Called customer service and it is like pulling teeth! It obviously won’t be delivered, I ordered within the correct time frame, just give me store credit and I’ll pick up the damn items myself!
