Hey! 
Do the rewards not upload Tues/Thurs at 9 am PST anymore? I’ve checked the past few Tuesdays as I have forgotten about points for a few years and wanted to use them and nothing has changed on the page (Canada).

@GG84 there wasn't any this week, but there were some last Thursday. I've noticed recently there's not always an update for us Canadians (not even a rouge reward offering).

@GG84  I know there are monthly brand rewards in the US, and those pretty much stay the same for the month (and are usually sold out right away.)  I'm not sure if they are metered out by week or not.

I was able to snatch a rewards card one day, but I don't think it posted until 12:45 p.m. Eastern.

Thanks for the reply. Nothing changed/was added including options for the gift card. I had someone refreshing the page for about 90 mins. Are there still mods who interact in this space?

@GG84  There is a thread where people report glitches and bugs on the site, but I can't remember what it's called.  You could post a question in the June Favorites thread; a mod handles that.  Or, just send a message to @TeamBIC .

But you're correct; I didn't see a gift card Tuesday or today.  Hopefully that means next week they will be available.

My apologies! It looks like the Rouge Rewards were released on Thursday in Canada. I'll share this feedback about new rewards not being released with our Beauty Insider teams, and I recommend continuing to check back each week for new rewards.
