Refund & gift card

Hey, I cancelled an order in which I payed half the bill with my card and the other half with a gift card. I was still charged to my account. I was wondering how I can get my refund on both my personal account and refund on the gift card

Hi @heebah1234 I can confirm the funds on your gift card were restored. Additionally, the amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization and it would automatically drop within 1-7 business days. Please rest assured we haven't charged you for the cancelled order.

On Dec 17 I was charged 125 and then they cancelled my order because the items were out of stock. 125 is still pending in my bank account. They said it’s an authorization hold and it could be up to 7 days.  I’ll never shop at Sephora again.
