Refund Denied for Wrong Order – Urgent Support Needed

Hi Sephora Team,

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I have received the wrong order for the second time, and now your customer service is denying my refund or return request. This was not my fault, and I feel like I’m being penalized for something outside my control.

When I reached out to chat support, they ended the conversation abruptly while I was still asking questions.

I cannot afford to just lose that money. If this refund is rejected, what are my options? If I go to my bank for a chargeback, I’m being told my Sephora account could be suspended.

I’m stuck and feel completely unheard. Please escalate this issue or provide a resolution as soon as possible.

My order was delivered somewhere else and this is the first time i order from them and sephora refused to reship or refund they told me to dispute and still denied it..
