Redeeming points

I'm unable to redeem my Sephora points, I have a little over 200 points and the browser won't allow me to select anything with my points. Furthermore, the app doesn't even show that I have these points! Please help, I'm unsure of how to fix this problem!!!

Please note, there is a minimum purchase of $25 after promotions and discounts to redeem 100 points, 250 points, and 500 point rewards online at Sephora.com and Sephora.ca.
