Iโm trying to redeem a scent certificate online that I bought about a year ago. I thought you were supposed to put the code in the promo/reward box but when I did it said to enter it as a gift card. But it doesnโt have a pin so I couldnโt enter as a gift card. Does anyone know what to do??

Same issue. When I enter in the promo box, it says that Iโm using a code already on order or something and doesnโt change the subtotal.
I am having the same issue with mine. I bought this for my daughter for christmas online and was so worried we would run into an issue when we tried to redeem in store. I brought the whole set (bag, cardboard cover, cardboard insert w/ info) into sephora today and let her pick out a perfume to redeem. However we learned that we needed a separate black voucher card to redeem. This was not in the gift set we boughtโi checked numerous times and made sure we were prepared before going in store. I was so worried this would happen and I made sure we kept up with the original contents of this gift set. I also asked multiple employees before today and was assured it would be no problem (of course, not realizing i was missing the required voucher card). I have the receipts and email confirmation as well.
I'm also having the same problem! I just purchased one mini sets for my husband but when he opened it there was not a voucher inside. I asked a staff person at my local Sephora but they told me they couldn't do anything without the voucher. But there were no vouchers in either of the boxes!
@safl I'm so sorry about that! If the set was purchased in store, we recommend contacting the Sephora store directly and request to speak with the Store Director for further assistance. I'm sorry for the trouble!

I believe the promo code is usually in the bottom left corner of the voucher, and it typically begins with: U-

I am having the same issue with the Summer Vacay Mini sephora favorites sampler. It's saying my credit card or address isn't valid but you don't need a credit card for free samples

Okay. I tried there it's a chat is unavailable. I'll try another time I deleted all but one credit card off my account. Still not working. I have no clue what's happening. ( Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.
