Received Broken eyeshadow

I won a giveaway in one of my makeup groups on FB and I was so excited when I found out the prize was a Melt stack of my choice. I’ve been waiting impatiently all week for it to arrive and when I realized it had been delivered I ran to the door picked up my package and ran to my room to open it. My excitement didn’t last long because when I opened my package I found my Melt stack outside of it’s unicarton. Then when I looked some more I realized eye shadow  was all over the bottom of the box and my samples. I went to see which eye shadow was broken only to find out that 3/4 were completely broken and 1 even completely empty of it’s product. What do I need to do to handle this and get a replacement? MELT COSMETICS - Gun Metal Eyeshadow Palette Stack
