Random missing points

 Hey is anyone randomly getting points subtracted from their account? I recently just checked my points and noticed I was missing 300 points. I went to check and it says customer service adjustment -100. And that's happened 3 times. Anyone know what this is?

I'm definitely contacting customer service in the am.
